Resin Studio loyalty club - up to 15% discount

Thank you for your interest in becoming a loyal member of Resin Studio, where a range of benefits awaits you. All you need to access these benefits is to register on our e-shop.

With our loyalty program, you can receive up to a 15% discount. All orders made by registered customers are automatically tracked, and once you reach a certain total purchase amount, your discount increases accordingly.

Over time, the accumulated value of your orders can earn you up to a 15% discount.

How does it work?

You automatically become a loyalty club member of Resin Studio when you register on our e-shop. That means you don’t even need to make a purchase to become an active member. Registration comes with great advantages:

1. You won’t need to fill in your details with every order – they are pre-filled after you log in.
   
2. By registering, you gain access to discounts we send with selected newsletters.
   
3. We also prepare exclusive discount offers for loyalty members – and you’ll be the first to know about them.

What discounts can you get?*

1. A 5% discount for every newly registered customer on their first order. You will receive this discount by subscribing to our newsletter through the pop-up window in the bottom left corner of the page (please note – you must not register on the e-shop before this, the first registration must happen via the pop-up window).
   
2. A 5% discount on every future purchase once the total value of your orders over the last 12 months exceeds CZK 5,000.
   
3. A 7% discount on every future purchase once the total value of your orders over the last 12 months exceeds CZK 10,000.
   
4. A 10% discount on every future purchase once the total value of your orders over the last 12 months exceeds CZK 25,000.
   
5. A 15% discount on every future purchase once the total value of your orders over the last 12 months exceeds CZK 50,000.

How can I check my discount level?

The more you purchase on our e-shop over the last 12 months, the higher the loyalty discount you’ll receive on your next order. You can see your discount level after logging into your account in the Discount tab.

This discount is automatically applied to the price of individual products in your cart. The difference between your discounted price and the regular price is displayed directly on each product – so you can see exactly how much you’re saving.

Discount on your first order

You can receive a first-order discount only by filling out the pop-up form in the bottom left corner of our e-shop and meeting the following conditions:

• You have never subscribed to our newsletters before.
• You are not currently registered on our e-shop.
• You have not made a purchase with us yet.

If you complete the pop-up form and meet the conditions, you’ll receive an email, which you must open and confirm to activate the newsletter subscription.

I didn’t receive the first-order discount

Can’t find the email in your inbox? Please check other folders like Spam, Promotions, or Updates – it’s likely there. Don’t forget, you must confirm the incoming email to receive your discount. If the email is nowhere to be found, the conditions for the discount were likely not met (see above).
